Acceptable Use Policy
At spy.lu, freedom is the rule. Restrictions are the exception.
Everything not explicitly prohibited is allowed.
spy.lu is intentionally permissive. All content, projects and workloads are welcome — including adult content — as long as they do not fall into the short, clearly-defined list of exceptions below. No grey zones, no surprises.
Prohibited activities
The following content and activities are not allowed on spy.lu services:
- DDoS attacks (UDP, TCP, HTTP, or similar)
- Phishing or impersonation websites
- Password-cracking tools, brute-force tools, bots, or guessing software
- Unauthorized scanning (websites, networks, or ports)
- Vulnerability scanners
- IRC services
- Mass emailing systems (spam infrastructure)
- Reverse proxies
- Botnet command-and-control (C2)
- DDoS / packet flood scripts
- Sale or promotion of illegal or controlled substances
- Any illegal content
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
- Adult content involving real violence
- Pornographic content involving animals (bestiality / zoophilia)
What is allowed
Everything not listed above is permitted.
Adult content is allowed, except where explicitly prohibited above.
Enforcement
Violations may result in prior notice of removal before we suspend your account and terminate your services. We aim to handle every case quietly, fairly and directly.
